How IPCC Will Execute Its Three Key Targets for 2025
Indonesia’s leading car terminal operator – PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk – has outlined three primary targets for 2025. The targets include enhancing value creation through increased market share, reinforcing its role within the vehicle logistics ecosystem, and upgrading its information technology systems by implementing the Single TOS (PTOS – Pelindo Terminal Operating System).
The company will pursue these targets through several strategic initiatives: comprehensive cargodoring handling, expanding PDC services, developing the land transportation business, and extending vehicle terminal operations throughout Pelindo’s network—particularly in eastern Indonesia. The company is also focused on digital standardization across all of IPCC’s operational areas.
Increasing capacity and capability is a critical factor in supporting the company’s commitment to sustainable growth. This focus on long-term development was a central theme during the company’s 2025 national working meeting (Rakernas), held in Kuningan on February 05 – 07, 2025.
How PTP Nonpetikemas Can Achieve Its 2025 Target
Non-container terminal operator PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) has set an ambitious throughput target of 53.5 million tons/m³ for 2025. The company is confident in reaching this goal, but how will it achieve such a significant milestone?
To meet its 2025 target, PTP Nonpetikemas is implementing several key initiatives, including terminal modernization, forging strategic partnerships with cargo owners and logistics companies, providing comprehensive Port Management Services, and utilizing the integrated Planning & Control features of the Pelindo Terminal Operating System Multipurpose (PTOS-M). Furthermore, the company is prioritizing HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) to ensure operational excellence.
Several strategic initiatives are already underway to support the company’s growth, including the Port Terminalization Program, which covers operations at key locations such as Palembang, Banten, Cirebon, Kijing, Jambi, and Pangkalbalam.
