How quickly can you get a quote to me?

For standard shipments, we issue a detailed quote within 2 business hours of receiving your cargo information. Complex project cargo or unusual commodities may take slightly longer, but we will always acknowledge your inquiry immediately and keep you informed.

Do you handle customs clearance, or do I need a separate broker?

We handle it. PT Jalak Kargo Logistik is a fully licensed customs brokerage. Export declarations, import clearance, certificates of origin, and duty management are all done in-house by our customs team across all four branches. You never need to find a separate broker.

How will I know where my shipment is?

We provide proactive status updates at each major milestone — cargo pickup, customs clearance, vessel/flight departure, arrival at destination, and delivery confirmation. We contact you. You never need to chase us. For clients who prefer it, we can also provide real-time tracking links for sea and air shipments.

What if something goes wrong mid-shipment?

You find out from us — immediately. We have a strict internal policy: clients are informed of any complication before we begin solving it, not after. Our emergency line operates 24/7 through Bali HQ, and your dedicated contact remains reachable throughout the shipment lifecycle. We do not abandon shipments. We reroute, adapt, and deliver.

Can you handle both small parcels and full container loads?

Yes — our process scales in both directions. For smaller volumes, we offer LCL (Less-than-Container Load) consolidation, which gives you professional freight forwarding at a cost proportional to your cargo size. For larger volumes, we handle FCL (Full Container Load) shipments across all major routes. The same process, the same standards, regardless of size.

Which branch should I contact for my city?

You can contact any branch — or simply message our main line and we will route you correctly. As a guide: Bali HQ handles Bali, international shipments, and Surabaya; Yogyakarta branch covers DIY and Central Java artisan trade; Semarang branch handles Tanjung Emas port and North Java; Jakarta branch covers Jabodetabek, Tanjung Priok, and Soekarno-Hatta.
