Where required, we coordinate import customs clearance at the destination country through our partner network — managing duties, VAT, and inspection scheduling on your behalf.

We handle it. PT Jalak Kargo Logistik is a fully licensed customs brokerage. Export declarations, import clearance, certificates of origin, and duty management are all done in-house by our customs team across all four branches. You never need to find a separate broker.
We provide proactive status updates at each major milestone — cargo pickup, customs clearance, vessel/flight departure, arrival at destination, and delivery confirmation. We contact you. You never need to chase us. For clients who prefer it, we can also provide real-time tracking links for sea and air shipments.

For smaller volumes, we offer LCL (Less-than-Container Load) consolidation, which gives you professional freight forwarding at a cost proportional to your cargo size. For larger volumes, we handle FCL (Full Container Load) shipments across all major routes. The same process, the same standards, regardless of size.
